Who we are

What Guardian Angel is
Guardian Angel lets you talk with an AI ally, Angelina or Angel, to think more clearly and take real steps in your life.
Angelina and Angel are artificial intelligence. They are not people. You are never talking to a human when you chat with them.
They are not therapists, doctors, lawyers or financial advisers, and nothing they say is professional advice. It is not a dating or romance service, and it has no explicit content.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use Guardian Angel. We ask for your date of birth before you enter and when you sign up. Do not use someone else's account, and do not let anyone under 18 use yours.
If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.
Not an emergency service
Guardian Angel cannot call for help, and it may miss signs that you are in danger. If you are in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself or someone else, contact real help right away:
United States: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or 911 for emergencies.
Colombia: Línea 106 for mental health support. For emergencies, 123.
If you say something in a chat that suggests you may harm yourself, Angelina or Angel will pause the normal conversation, encourage you to reach out, and show these crisis resources. See our Privacy page for what we record when that happens.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Using it well
Be honest about your age. Don't use Guardian Angel to harm yourself or others, to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to make the AI do something it shouldn't. We may suspend or close accounts that put people at risk or break these terms.
Your content
What you write and say is yours. You let us store and process it only to run Guardian Angel for you, as described in our Privacy page. We don't sell it and we don't use it to advertise to you.
The AI can be wrong
AI can make mistakes, misunderstand you, or sound more certain than it should. Check anything important, and make your own decisions. Maps and directions may be inaccurate; always follow road signs and local laws.
Paid plans
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, trials and renewal terms will be shown before you pay, and you can cancel any time to stop the next renewal. [CONFIRM: billing terms and refund policy once billing is built]
Changes and ending
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. You can stop using Guardian Angel and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Liability
Guardian Angel is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make after a conversation.
